My husband and I enjoyed staying at Akwaaba but we had a problem with only just us staying there for the weekend, no other guests. It was lonely. The breakfast was delicious. The buffet lunch we had on Sunday was great, at least there we had guests. The staff were great. Mr & Mrs Masilela

Dit was baie, baie lekker gewees! Ons kamer was luuks en gerieflik asook die perseel was silwer skoon gewees. Die personeel was tops gewees en die kos was heerlik. Natuurlik was die diere die hoogtepunt gewees!! 'n Wonderlike verassing in die Bosveld!

The lodge is extremely neat and the staff exceptionally friendly. We wish the establishment everything of the best for the future.

Akwaaba Lodge
Akwaaba means "welcome" and it is an appropriately chosen name to this exclusive eight-bedroom lodge with conference facilities. We are 19 km from Rustenburg on the Koster Road and ideally positioned for functions and breakaways from the city. The lodge is situated on a 72-hectare property which is bordered by the Selons River.

The in-house chefs, barmen, waiters and other staff are at your call to make your stay with Akwaaba Lodge a memorable one. We hope to add value to the hospitality demand of the area. Enjoy a cocktail or light snack on our patio or enjoy tea or coffee in our lovely garden while listening to the abundant bird life.

Our menu style is classic European and African cuisine. Our chef and his team are at your service to design a uniquely tailored menu that will tantalize your taste buds. A boma awaits the delegates who crave a traditional South African braai. Relax at the pool while enjoying our superior hospitality and dine in the boma alongside a bonfire to keep you relaxed while our waiting staff supply you with drinks.
