Well-equipped self-catering venue close to Nordhoek and the beach. Easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach itself.

Well equipped and host and son were very welcoming. Only down was that the dustbin by the bed hadn't been emptied from the previous occupants. Obviously a simple mistake but not impressive.

The location, set up and feel of our accommodation was our highlight. We loved how tranquil the place made us feel. The mountain view and beautiful garden was so peaceful and relaxing for us. We can't wait to visit again in summer when we can use the swimming pool. Thank you for the kind hospitality.

Honestly the pics are underwhelming, this place is fantastic, the host even offered tea, coffee and fire starters, each room is unique with its own special something.
Best weekend by far

On arrival I was informed by Duncan that he had upgraded our room to the room opposite the pool. Our 1 night was unfortunately too short to fully enjoy the accommodation but we have no complaints about our time at Bramley. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Bed was comfortable and the room very spacious and had all the essentials. Nothing lacking and as plus we had complete quiet owing the peaceful area. I would recommend to anyone and it definitely gets my vote and places to stay at. Thank you Duncan for a lovely tine

We loved our stay here! We just came for the night to have some time away from the city and it was perfect. The pool, the amount of space to lounge around, warm and comfortable inside and perfectly equipped kitchenette. Close to the beach, Noordhoek village and the night market. Duncan was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you! We'll be back!

We had a good stay at the Patio cottage at Bramley House in Noordhoek
Everything was fine on arrival, slightly early on a Saturday afternoon, yet Duncan was most obliging and we were welcomed
The accommodation was as advertised and as said before was good value and enjoyable..

This room is very small and quite dark. There is a view of the average home pool (bit dirty) It is quaint and well decorated with a very small shower/toilet.

I absolutely loved Bramley Apartments! The host was just an sms away and took care of tiny details such as milk and coffee. Everything was quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for my recovery from burnout. I was so sad to leave.

I was utterly disappointed and will not recommend the patio unit for more than an overnight stay. The bathroom is tiny without a window, the view from the sliding door is onto the drainage system, gardens are not looked after, no attendance from the host. WiFi poor. False impressions from the website photos. This place needs to be regraded if further advertised.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Bramley Apartment. Duncan was friendly, welcoming and went out of his way to be helpful - on request, he found a fanfor me and also helped me with wifi. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. Space is a little limited inthe room I was in, but it was fine for one person. Although it is self-catering, there was coffee and tea, as well as milkin the fridge (very thoughtful). I was able to park in the garage, which was great. My stay was quiet and peaceful. Thank you!

The suite is well kitted-out and great value.(They have soap, shampoo, tea, coffee etc just no hairdryer so bring one if you need one!) We walked to the local restaurant from the house (about 10mins) and to the beach in the morning for a walk (about 20mins) which we enjoyed. Next time we'd take our bicycles as the roads are all very flat and lovely to cycle around. Our weather was beautiful so we were lucky but without a fireplace or heater in the lounge and not being able to walk out anywhere, if the weather is wet you'd need to either snuggle in bed or head to a local spot!

Nice and clean, but a lot of stairs to climb.
Also no good if you cannot get up to the loft to sleep, steps very steep.
Bathroom could do with a bit of attention.
Host very pleasant and all basic needs met.
The best weekend ever!

We had a lovely time at Bramley Apartment. The wooden structure gives an earthy feel and the place has lots of character. Perfect for a few friends or family stay. Beautiful area with a magnificant view of Chapman's Peak.
The loft area is not closed off from the living area and the stairs are made up of different height cupboards which makes for a steep climb. Will definitely go there again.
We greatly enjoyed our stay

We stayed at Bramley Apartment in Noordhoek for a week in February whilst enjoying the Capetown area and attending a wedding in Noordhoek. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Bramleys and appreciated the wonderful apartment, quiet surroundings and most of all the friendliness of our host Jacqueline. Our son (7) and our daughter (5) were always looking forward to meeting Jacqueline every day and were even allowed to play with the 'resident' toys. We had a wonderful time there and will certainly visit again. Unfortunately it is some distance from our home in Switzerland

This was the best working holiday we ever had. Jacqueline was there if we needed her, but it felt like it was our own place. As we were there on business, we worked and rested and had fun - no matter what you do, if you want to getaway you need to go and stay at Bramely!

We received a friendly warm welcome from Duncan and Jacqui and promptly learned that Duncan new my 18 year old son, Gus! As it was pretty cold at night the fire place was a sure winner in the evenings. The deck was the place to be on the sunny afternoons. In the morning it was refreshing to wake up to bird sounds and especially wild Egyptian Geese as our guests on the loft roof. Both my wife Marilu and I agreed that it was exactly the relaxing and quiet environment that we had in mind for our long-weekend getaway. Thank you and good health.
Total relaxation!

We had a lovely weekend filled with tons of relaxation! Bramley lodge is very cosy and comfortable with everything you need for a weekend away. Even though the weather wasn't too great, we were able to keep ourselves entertained with the library of dvd's available. The fire place also helped to keep the cold at bay! We truly had a wonderful experience at Bramley lodge.
Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bramley Apartment. It was cosy and quaint. It was a shame, that it rained all weekend, but it was very homey inside. We would highly recommend it to anyone, and have and will in the future.
Thanks so much,
