Couldn't be better

We arrived and what you see is what you get. There was a great homely atmosphere and the owners were wonderful towards my family, especially towards my kids. I couldn't have gone to a better place. You are more than a guest house you are a home away from home. Thanks for the great experience!

11th Avenue Guesthouse
We are an affordable and comfortable self-catering guesthouse, with various rooms catering for your every need. We have a warm and inviting atmosphere with a swimming pool at your disposal and many activities in the surrounding area. All of our rooms have an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette for your convenience.

11th Avenue Guest House is centrally located between various medical complexes, making it ideal for family members visiting patients as well as patients that receive out treatment. All medical complexes, which include Eugene Marais, Pretoria Academic, Tshwane District, Moot Algemeen, Pretoria Eye Institute and the Pretoria Heart Hospital, are within 10 minutes’ drive of our guesthouse. We are ideally located only seven minutes from the Pretoria city centre, depending on the traffic. We have various facilities in our immediate area including: Spur, Mike's Kitchen, Oppi Plaas Garden Restaurant, Pavillion Shopping Center, Spar, Sterk Kinekor Cinemas, New Metro Cinemas, and Gezina Gallery center.

We are a child friendly establishment and every room has a television. Our rooms are spacious and have all of the creature comforts of home including large wardrobes allowing you to unpack and relax as if you were right at home. Whether you want an afternoon by the pool, or a quiet evening in, 11th Avenue is suited to all your holiday and breakaway requirements.
