23 July 2010 The GH is located in a strategical place just few minutes from downtown, the Cape Peninsula and the airport. It is a very familiar and relaxing place where to rest after a heavy day. The courtesy and kindness of the owner is extraordinary.
I highly recommend the Newlands GH !!!!!!

01 June 2009 Our stay at the Newlands Guest House was prompted by a need to be in the area for various business meetings. NGH could not have been more conveniently situated, making our weekend hassle free in terms of travel time to and fro. Garth and company are just delightful, the house is beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast more than ample. No complaints, we look forward to returning in the future.

06 March 2006 We were met by the proprietor' Garth, on arrival at Cape Town airport -
2300 hours, and taken to the Guest House. Tea,coffee or drinks were available if required.
A substantial breakfast was enjoyed,l ocal and tourist information were readily available. Garth arranged a hire car and drove us, without charge, to the Avis depot. Thanks to his good will, our holiday started very smoothly.
We are happy to recommend this guest house.
