Nice apartment if you can bear lots of noise

The apartment is nice, but not good for family with young children. Because the apartment is next to the constraction site. So lots of noise even from early morning (7 am) and you can not sleep or relax for noise. Not good for holiday when you like to relax. Location wise not bad. Close to waterfront by car. By foot at least 20 min. Toilet in the apartment is not so private as it has glass sliding doors in one side another glass door from another side. Bed and sleeper couch are fine.

A spacious and beautifully renovated one-bedroom self-catering apartment situated close to the Green Point hub and within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and Green Point and De Waterkant Village nightlife.

This refurbished and renovated, comfortably furnished apartment is perfectly located within the trendy hub of cosmopolitan Green Point and within walking distance to the famous V&A Waterfront where you will find the trendy bars, restaurants, designer shops, movies, fish market and the local working harbour.

Also located closer to the apartment is the Sunday African Craft Market across the road next to the Green Point Stadium and a variety of shops, restaurants and general amenities. It is situated on a major bus route.

The huge bedroom opens into the living room with sliding doors, creating even more space. It also opens into the en-suite bathroom with its shower and spa bath.

Relax on the balcony with a sundowner overlooking the Green Point sports grounds and arena, with a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.

This is the ideal location if you are visiting Cape Town for holiday or business and are looking for a convenient, comfortable and centrally situated apartment.

A minimum three-night stay is required and discounted rates are offered for long rentals.
