Misleading advertising

All the images on SafariNow is very misleading and the guesthouse does not at all look like on the internet. It was a very unpleasant experience and it seem they only started 'fixing up' the place shortly before our arrival as well as during our stay. The first night we arrived we didn't have water, during the last few nights we realised there were ticks in the cottage. It looked like I hade measels from all the bite marks. The owner and caretaker is very nice but unfortunately people are looking for decent places to stay over holidays not winning personalities. I would not recommend this guesthouse to anyone until they are able to supply proper accommodation.


Blue Canyon Guest House
Self-catering guest house with warm friendly hospitality. We are situated in Muizenberg with its beautiful beach that stretches as far as you can see, or as far as you dare to walk. The Vlei, or lagoon, is right on our doorstep with its Kingfishers picnic area and water activities.

Blue Canyon Guest House is only a two-minute, 500 m, walk from the beach, water slides, miniature golf course and playing area on the beach for children. Museums, art galleries and curios shops are all within easy walking distance.

We offer a variety of rooms including twins, singles or double bedrooms, a honeymoon suite and a deluxe family room and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have TVs, tea and coffee facilities and self-catering kitchenettes.
