05 May 2013 Pretty clean, could have done with soap in the bathroom, and the other guests were extremely loud until late at night. Otherwise pretty much what you would expect from a 3 star.

06 December 2012 We stayed at Gold Reef Place for 3 nights and enjoyed every part of it.
Breakfast was always ready and waiting for us and the staff were extremely helpful. I think having such friendly staff really made our stay that much more enjoyable so a big thank you to them.

24 January 2012 A small centrally located B&B. I only encountered two problems being that the hot water tap was broken at the basin and there was no toilet paper. I would still recommend Gold Reef Place.

01 January 2010 We really enjoyed ourselves at Gold Reef Place. We had the whole place to ourselves practically. We cooked for ourselves, just felt like home. Since we have been back to Kenya, my wife mentions Gold Reef place about three times a day...how she misses it.
