12 August 2009 Arrived late at Ballito due to Durban traffic - we were tired and all of us in need of a shower since we were driving all the way from Pretoria. Upon receiving the keys from Fanny she told me that she didnt put the geyser on because "I though you were going to arrive earlier"... We werent escorted to the flat, she rather haphazardly explained how to get to the apartment and sent us on our own mission.
The apartment was clean and well kept. Excellent view and the main bathroom is stunning. The second bathroom needs some urgent maintenance...
On Saturday night we left for a show at Sibaya but were unable to leave the premises since the automatic gates were not functioning. After about 20 minutes and a call to Fanny someone came to assist... Andrew was very helpful - thank you.
Apart from that we enjoyed the stay a lot and the unit has all the amenities that you would ever need.
I just think the owner should consider using another managing agent.
