Very disappointing

14 January 2013 Very disappointing. The service was extremely poor, the breakfast was well below average. The whole place is not being maintained. Rooms are noisy, you can hear your neighbours flushing the toilet. The staff were making lots of noise early on Sunday morning. Not the place for a relaxing weekend which is what we wanted. Considering what we paid this place is not value for money.

27 August 2012 Problems experienced were the wooden floors were noisy when other visitors walked past room, and the breakfast quality was good but the portions too small. Compliments to the staff for their excellent service. A suggestion to consider incorporating water and coffee facilities into rooms.

02 May 2012 We had a fabulous 3 days at Cullinan Diamond Inn. Francois is a considerate host who looked after us very well. The houses and rooms are really quirky and different, and the grounds are very restful and pretty. All in all, a great visit to an interesting town.
