Beautiful

This is a beautiful place, and very relaxing. There is some nice viewing of animals in the river. It was three days in paradise!

Hippo Hills
Located on the scenic banks of the Crocodile River, this luxurious thatch-roof house overlooks the Kruger National Park. Hippo Hills can accommodate 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs has three large bedrooms; one with a double and the other two with twin beds. These lead to a large viewing deck and bar area where visitors can enjoy a sunset drink while watching a variety of bird and animal life.

Downstairs has two more bedrooms with one double bed and twin beds respectively. All of the rooms enjoy air-conditioning, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms. The rooms also offer lovely views of the Crocodile River.

The double-storey house has an open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area with a satellite television and PVR. As a visitor, you have the option to cater for yourself using the fully serviced kitchen and outside braai or dine at the á la carte restaurant, which boasts a large selection of fine African cuisine.

Experience game drives in the Kruger National Park, go for walks with wild animals, enjoy stargazing in the African sky or open-air dining and bird watching. Hippo Hills is located within the fences of the Kruger National Park and visitors have seen all of the Big 5 while lounging in the private swimming pool. Hippo Hills sits on a riverbed where the bird life is magnificent.
