27 April 2012 I stay with Emerald each time I visit SA. Always a good experience, friendly and efficient, close to airport, no problems. Pick up and drop off at airport is timely and helpful. Free breakfast is great!

21 December 2011 The staff was very understanding and helpful. I really enjoyed the free shuttle service. And an included breakfast was a nice addition. I'd definitely stay there again the next time I pass through Johannesburg.

20 September 2011 Arrived from Sydney after a 14 hour flight - no phone! no Change! Had to borrow a phone so I could be picked up as requested when I made booking. Once at Emerald, took about 20-30 minutes to find the booking made with and fully paid for 2 days prior with SafariNow. Requested upgrade - done great, Bed Comfortable. Requested wakeup call for 5:30 next day. No Call!. Managed to wake up before 6 for transfer back to Airport (reqested previous evening). Reception closed at 6:00am. Got very worried. Someone strolled in just on 6 am to take us to airport.
