A good place to rest travel weary bodies
Tanya Gouws, South Africa - 20 July 2014
A good stay. We really enjoyed it. Currently the hotel is undergoing a renovation, so there was a bit of noise going on. We stayed in a non-renovated room, and it showed, especially in the bathroom. But even saying that, it was clean and very beautiful.
Great place!

We had a stop over at Ghost Mountain en route to Mozambique - we arrived late, but still managed to have a lovely dinner in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and the accommodation fantastic. Breakfast was good and after seeing the swimming pool, my daugther decided we should have stayed longer ! Which we definately will next time
Very good

It is a fine Inn with a beautiful area around the pool and lovely dining facilities. A good place to stay if you want to visit Mkhuze Game Reserve, especially if you like a more luxurious accommodation. However, it's a big place and although service is good and the staff will arrange activities for you, it's nor overly personal.
Excellent

An excellent venue for relaxation, with plenty to do for the action-minded. Zululand is a beautiful part of SA and the Ghost Mountain Inn has captured the flavour of the local culture in its decor. A lovely comfortable room with excellent food makes this a place to recommend.
Very good stay

A very good place to stay en route down from Kruger towards the Durban area, and well sign posted off the main road. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The reservation and booking in all went smoothly, and the rooms were ready and clean when we arrived. It was so clean, a small frog moved in to our bathroom that night ! There is a little playground for our two year old to run around in, and a tower to climb up for views over the river. Swimming pool was OK, but was primarily being used by local folk on the Sunday we were there, rather than by guests...all very friendly and not a problem. We enjoyed the local singing during our evening meal. All in all, a very positive experience

I had never had a holiday in the Northern part of KZN and my experience makes me feel that it is worth every minute. Quiet, providing lots of variety and friendly people.
