Very clean, pleasant host and you require at hand. Well worth the amount I paid vs what you receive.

We were rushed as we vacated the room by 10:05am. It was like we had delayed our departure. The maid was already in the room and taking the linen at 10am!

We would like to thank you for the most peaceful, enjoyable stay anyone could ask for. A perfect balance between a hearty welcome and too much interference. Strict rules ensure harmony among all guests. Clean rooms and equipment. My mom is suffering from aggressive cancer and she was quite comfortable. Thank you once again!

Staying at the place was very nice and I will make use of it if I have to go to PE again. The only negative comment is that the bathroom of my room was very small.

Everything was great, but it would have been better for us if the fridge had been switched on and cold for our arrival, other than that no complaints at all

Very good accommodation / facilities

We arrived at the 5 Third Avenue Guest House late in the evening (~21:30) after a flight from Johannesburg and left early in the morning (~8:00). The guest house location was great for us since it was close to airport (5 min) and we still didn't hear any airplanes noise. The room was clean and tidy with bathroom inside. The owners were really nice and even drove us to the airport by their car in the morning without extra payment.

As we were from Joburg we found the place to be quiet, exactly what we were looking for, to cool down and take it easy in the "windy city". We really had a fab time, absolutely fabulous... Hope to go back there again i the near future....

Accommodation was top class, and would really recommend it.

The rooms are clean and well equipped.The facilities like the pool and braai area was great.Would recommend anyone to stay there.Will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Summerstrand.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of this B&B. We hope to stay there again someday.

The place is exactly what every holiday-maker would want, clean and well-equipped for self-catering. My kids cried when they had to leave. We've renamed it into a home-away-from-away!

This is the ideal place to stay when having to be close to the PE Airport. Edmar and his staff are friendly and very accommodating regarding departure times. The information booklet in our unit regarding shops and things to do in the area was of a great help. Thanks to Edmar and staff!

Very good, the description of the locaction and what to expect there was no mis conceptions!!! Appreciated the touch of having been given some Tea and Coffee with milk after a long journey it was much enjoyed by the family.
