Hi, we did enjoy our stay but the family room is very small and ideally should have two bedrooms and another bathroom. Regards.

I would like to advise my review into 2 categories. 1. Staff. 2. Facilities. I personally think the manageress and staff of Pestana Lodge is Pestana's biggest asset. Their willingness, friendliness and kindness is something they can be proud of. The facilities of Pestana need attention, on arrival the aircon of our room wasn't working but we were moved the following day to a new room. The deck outside the room needs attention due to rotten wood. The same could be said of the deck at the dining room, the wood needs to be oiled, there are loose poles in the handrailing and at one stage I was worried that the children could fall from the deck. The lights at the handrailing isn't in a good condition either. But as I said the staff of Pestana made our stay pleasant and we will make use of Pestana Lodge in future.

arrived Friday evening and left Sunday morning. Rooms were fine, as well as service in general with attentive staff. Food was good. All organizational matters were handled perfectly. Nice and very cleanly setting. Sitting on the terrace sipping an evening drink and watching the animals down at the river was an exciting experience.

I had a relaxing time as planned.

We had a wonderful stay, except for the insects in the room and me catching flu on the first night, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Overall we were very impressed with the establishment.

We loved the location - overlooking the river into the park. We saw lots of game from the pool deck (including a leopard!) which was fantastic. There were good facilities for children and the family room accommodated us perfectly. Overall a really great stay.

The actual traveller was Nancy Scribante - her feedback about Pestana was awesome! She loved the room, the main area, the Camelot Spa and the staff were amazing! We will definitely be keeping Pestana's details on record for future visits to the area.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Pestana Kruger Lodge. The beds were very comfy, the food was great , the setting beautiful and its close proximity to the Park all make it an absolute winner! We can highly recommend it

To all the wonderful members of staff at Pestana Kruger, including Phil who is an amazing chef, I must tell you all that I had an amazing vacation in Africa and that your luxury lodge was wonderful. I would definitely recommend your lodge to my friends and anyone who wants to do a safari in Africa. The accommodation was spacious, the grounds beautifully manicured, the food delicious and the staff very professional. There is even internet access that is complimentary!!! Thank you all for an amazing vacation.

What impressed me the most was the very friendly and courteous staff, we were always greeted, the staff's hospitality skills were excellent. Overall our stay was very relaxing, peaceful and the rooms were very comfortable.

Accommodation value for money The service was excellent Suggest that they look at varying the breakfast and buffet a bit After 5 days of having the same options for breakfast and dinner it becomes a bit too much Otherwise very happy to recommend Pestana Kruger Lodge

Excellent resort, great service, friendly and very pleasant

We have just returned from Kruger. Pestana Kruger is a great option since the price is very attactive and the service is very nice. The location is also a plus and the safari from Lion's is problably the cheapest we could find. In other words... STAY THERE!!!

Just wanted to thank the staff of Pestana Kruger. My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxed stay. This is our second visit to Pestana and it will most definitely not be our last. The lodge is very pretty and is within easy access of the Kruger Park. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Yes, I definitely enjoyed my stay at Pentana Kruger, it was out of this world experience! The staff was so welcoming and helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxing and calm. The drive through the nature reserve was so educating and exciting. The Camelot Spa therapies was so relaxing and the food was simply delicious. The curio shop got the most beautiful displays , of which I did take some back home with me. This was genuine value for money! I will definitely be going to this beautiful place again and again and I would recommend others to this place. A big thank you to Safarinow.com for directing me to this wonderful experience!
