The hotel is basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. You cannot be in a more ideal spot in Cape Town. Will recommend it to others with pleasure.

We went to Netherlands vs Cameroon in the Green Point Stadium, great game by the way! Breakwater is just a block away, no parking hassles, traffic or whatever, just walk! And the V&A Waterfront is on the other side, what more can you wish for?

It's a really special place. nicely organized. nice little suits, right of the water front at very low cost. it's located in the university which makes it more special. Breakfast was very good everyday. Service was impeccable and the staff is very helpful and nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Noam and Hadar Vaissman
