27 August 2012 I stayed the weekend and found the Corner House to be good value for money. The location is excellent and very close to the best restaurants and pubs.
The guest house itself was clean and well looked after and I found the hosts to be very friendly.
The bathrooms could be improved a bit, but overall I would recommend this as a good value option.

02 January 2009 The Corner House is a fab place owned and run by warm, friendly and very welcoming people, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is great and relaxed. the location is super 5 mins wander to the town center of Franschhoek. The rooms are truly lovely with plenty of space, very comfortable beds, and very nicely decorated, Can honestly say if we are within 100 miles of the corner house we would book it again.
Each room has private entrance so it feels secluded but you can equally sit and chat in a lounge or around the pool with your hosts and other guests. Top B&B with a relaxed friendly feel and great value too. Simon & Sorrel , from the UK

05 February 2008 Just had a one night stay, pleasant enough. Good sized rooms with a spacious layout and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was as expected with continental and cooked options.

23 January 2008 We stayed in the luxury home across the street and it was great. We enjoyed having our own house but being able to take breakfast at the guest house. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, etc.

06 January 2008 The Corner House was a well run establishment although the bathrooms could have been improved upon. The owner and staff were very attentive and the location was ideal for walking into the centre of Franschoek.

24 April 2006 We stayed at The Corner House for one night and it was very nice. Renata was indeed very welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and the atmosphere very cosy.
