This was a very good overnight stay on our way to Mozambique. Linda could not have been more helpful. And the breakfast was great! I can highly recommend Orchards Farm Cottages

My stay was very pleasant, I had absolutely no problems while I was there. The rooms was neat and tidy and the service was very good.

We had a pleasant stay, our cottage were cleaned out everyday whilst visiting orchards farm, we did not have to lift a finger. Linda and the staff were accommodating, helpful and friendly. We will defenately visit orchards farm again, and highly recommended to any one, its very relaxing and peacful. Keep up the good work orchards farm and its staff :-)

We stayed for three nights. Our cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in Orchards Farm Cottages for four days and we enjoyed all of it. It's serene and orderly and you are 20 meters away from Komati River. Linda, the host, was a great company. I would definitely recommend.

We spent three nights at Orchards Farm Cottages and enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently situated not far from Crocodile Bridge gate to the Kruger Park and the town of Komatiepoort making it very convenient to get around.

The gardens are neat, inviting and full of wonderful birds for anyone keen on birdwatching. We did not eat at the venue although meals were offered to us.

We will most definitely stay at Orchards again.

Orchards Farm cottages are spotless clean and got everything in what we needed for the evening we had supper with them and that was perfect as well there hospitality is out of the world they are very concerned with there clients can highly recommend them

It was such a lovely stay! Orchards is the perfect hideaway from everything and truly a stones throw away from the border. Thank you Linda, you and your family are wonderful hosts. (p.s: and the last minute accommodation hunt for my family was a success - you're such legends!) We will be back.

Wonderful, spacious and comfortable accommodation in a peaceful setting. Sadly we were there for an overnight stop only.

We spent two nights at the Orchards Farm Cottages and found them very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook our meals there, and we were treated very kindly - there was no internet access in the cottage but we were encouraged to use the reception lobby. The grounds and gardens are very beautiful and made for a very pleasant atmosphere.

I was happy to spend the two days there; the facility is serene and quite. The host Linda is very customer focused. She ensured that I am happy from the time I made my bookings up till the last minute of my booking out. Orchards Farm Cottages is a naturally inspired and wonderful place. I liked the river side, the concrete banks where I spent an hour meditating in the morning. Lots of trees and well manicured grass. Its quite and gives one the space to connect inwardly. The cottages are clean, equipped with every utility one needs to use. The sound of the birds, frogs and water along the Limbobo River made me appreciate the beauty of nature. I recommend it for small families, couples and individuals who want some time away to take stock of their lives. Safety is also not a concern.

A very pleasant stay. Good option for being close to Crocodile Gate. Would have appreciated heating for winter stay.

We arrived late after a long drive. The welcome was warm and the owners family assisted to park our trailer with quad bikes. They even lend us an extension so that we didnt have to unload our camping fridge. The cottages were little Hobbit Houses in a fairy garden. After a lovely dinner at a local restaurant (recommended by the owner) we slept like babies. I will certainly stay there again but next time I will arrive early!

We had a wonderful week! Linda is an outstanding hostess. It was wonderful to return to the chalet after a day in the park and smell how clean it was. It is so near the Crocodile Bridge and it is a paradise for bird lovers. If you need time-out, this is the place. The peacocks gave us a show everyday!

Very spacious and beautiful furnished chalets in a beautiful garden at the river. Sometimes Hippos come to visit. The only negative thing: the chalets are not far from a big road to the Mozambique border and you can sometimes hear the trucks.

We had a wonderful time at Orchards Farm Cottages. The reception on our arrival was excellent and could not fault on anything in or around the cottages.
We will definitely go and stay there again as well as recomment it to our friends and family!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at the Orchards cottage. The host was pleasant & the atmosphere at the Orchards cottage was absolutely relaxing. Will defintely be back.

We had a very pleasant stay, albeit only having been for one night. The cottage we stayed in is private, spacious, well equipped and clean throughout. We will most definitely stay there again should the opportunity arise.

A lovely place to stay and the hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly. We were provided with maps, local knowledge and heaps of tips regarding what to do and where to go. A short drive from Crocodile Gate and excellent value for money. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay that is not overwhelmed by tourists. Also very clean and comfortable.

Orchard Farm Cottages do not disappoint. They are clean, comfortable and have everything you need and more. We were visiting the Kruger Park and the cottages are a close and easy drive to the Park. It would have been useful to get a bit more information from Linda about getting into the park as we did battle as it was a long weekend and the park was full. Apart from that, we were given a lot of help and information. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

How best to describe basically a wonderful experience. The location is superb with lovely gardens and very convenient for town and the local attractions. One is made to feel welcome from the outset and the accommodation is of the highest standard. Only thing to note for self caterers would be that shopping on Sundays is difficult in the evening and that all the restaurants in town also appear to be closed.

We recommend that everyone that needs to get away for a few days must certainly take the opportunity to vist the Orchards Farm Cottages as it offers everything (and more) that you are told to expect. We will tell our friends about this fantastic place and have decided that there is more to a holiday than the sea.

Orchards Farm Cottages is one of the most beautiful places I have visited ever. The cottages are full equipped with everything and make you feel as though you have never left the comfort of your own home. The weather is fantastic up there. Linda is a wonderful hostess, she makes you feel completely welcome. I didn't want to leave. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for time to relax and unwind. The quaint little town of Komatipoort offers all the necessaties that you would need and everything is no further than a 2km drive. I am going back there for sure!

We had a very enjoyable experience staying overnight at Orchards Farms Cottages. The cottages are delightfully spacious and comfortable. This is definitely value for money. The noise from the passing trains might be problematic during a longer stay. SafariNow.com reservations service was excellent. We got prompt replies and will make use of this service again.
