The owners are very friendly and down to earth. However, the place is dusty and old. Even the stove is rusted. So much more could be done to the house to improve the quality of accommodation for its clients.

Upon arrival, we found the house was not clean. The back door could not open, and we spent our first 2 days cleaning the outside shower and courtyard which was covered thick with moss. Our one toilet was also leaking. They repaired both the door and toilet, but the toilet remained a problem. The stove was still dirty from the previous visitors, as were some of the pots and dishes! We all took turns cleaning, and made the best of it! The weather was lovely and we had a lovely holiday. The house caters for max 6, and not 10 as stated. There is such little room for mattresses and the dining area only seats 4, no one can sit at the kitchen counter, space does not allow it. We have always booked a house at many different destinations as a large family, but I would not recommend this one.

Firstly, upon arrival, the place was found to be rather dusty. Little or no time was spent preparing the place for occupation. One of the beds were broken(thankfully replaced the next morn),dishes and cutlery were not cleaned properly since the last visitors,and the bedding was a bit musty.

All had a great stay, with excellent responses from the home owners in terms of requests and enquiries. Facilities are wonderful, surrounds are peaceful.

It was very short but nice. Langebaan is an awesome place for a relaxing time.

It was perfect. Great location, near to the beach, as well as spar. Everything was within walking distance. And the accommodation and facilities were great. Neat, tidy and comfortable Thanks for a great weekend away Oh, and i had a toddler with me, and it was perfect, and safe :-)
