Absolutely amazing! It felt like home away from home. The best part about it is the location, for us it was somewhat central to most of the places we wanted to visit and explore.

Roseland House provides accommodation with an elegant, upper class Durban feel. The staff were all friendly, helpful and were promptly attentive to a last minute change to our booking arrangement. We shall recommend this affordable experience to anyone.

We had a great time staying at Roseland, Warren and Delia were very helpful. It's peaceful and private, even when my partner needed medical attention after hurting his back at the beach, they referred us to a physiologist.

I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were friendly and very attentive to my needs. There was a problem with the TV in my room and when I informed my host, he immediately swapped it out for another one. It really did feel like they would do anything in their power to make my stay as comfortable as possible. My only problem was that I would have liked to see more than two DSTV channels.

Our stay was very pleasant. The facility was very clean and in a very good condition. Our hosts and staff were very welcoming and very nice to us throughout our stay. They were always very willing to help. We really enjoyed staying there. I will definitely consider staying there next time we visit Durban.

The stay was pleasant, quiet and secure a definate place for some peace of mind no disturbances or external noises, just perfect for relaxing... and not that far off from area of interests.

Hosts are extremely nice and very helpful. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe by Durban standards, and there is an area within walking distance with some restaurants (not much else within walking distance, though, and walking too far at night seemed iffy). Distance from the center was a reasonable cab. What I heard from other South Africans subsequently was that it was best to stay farther out in the suburbs by the beach--there was no immediate beach access here..

Roseland House is a real pleasure to stay at, The hosts Delia and Warren are very nice people, running a very comfortable and pleasant establishment. Clean, tidy and giving a feeling of safety and confidence. We were very happy with our stay. A bit like Peanuts, more time there would be very nice.

Very friendly family running the guesthouse, always ready with excellent service and help. Great breakfast. It is situated in a really nice and quite neighbourhood with a great variety of restaurants, coffee shops and places to shop. I enjoyed it.

My husband and I had a very comfortable stay here. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts! A lovely place to stay on our first visit to South Africa.

Warren and Delia are perfect hosts, friendly and helpful. The standard of the accommodation faultless and the breakfast a treat to look forward to, not to mention the lovely dinner prepared for us on our arrival, much appreciated. Recommendations for local restaurants also very good. We shall definitely return.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Delia and Warren are so friendly and helpful. We had a terrible flight up and arriving at Roseland House was like a Haven to us, arriving after 8pm, we were received with warmth and friendliness, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, we even went for a swim at 9pm at night. The breakfasts are outstanding aswell. Thank-you very much Delia and Warren, and we highly recommend it.

I was greeted in a very friendly manner even though I arrived 5 hours late (plane was delayed), the room was very comfortable and the breakfast outstanding. Enough parking bays, well-organized, central - exactly what a business traveller needs, in a friendly home-from-home! Thank you so much for making my stay such a lovely experience.

This house is magnificent and I have actually told most of my friends who travell to Durbs to stay there. Warren and his wife were great.
