Really great, friendly hosts. Great room and awesome pool. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was beautiful but we were informed that we still owe money, but everything was paid to Safarinow. The breakfast was not good. Although wireless internet was advertised, it was not available.

Good hospitality and accommodation. The mattress was very old and the breakfast was a bit thin.

It is not good business to immediately, with no greeting, ask whether one has paid for accomodation. It is not good business to put one in a room adjacent to the servants quarters with all the noise that goes with living in such close proximity to the staff. It is not good business to advertise bed and BREAKFAST and then serve sub-standard bread, a few slices of disgusting pink polony in a tupperware dish in the fridge and a small jar of Post Toasties and offer this as a breakfast. It is not good business to have cars parked outside, in the street, with a huge sign that announces that loss from cars is one's own resonsibility and give a long list of do's and don't of setting the beams across the driveway for supposed protection of one's vehicle. Not a good experience. The bed and breakfast ruined Windhoek for us. Fortunately we only paid for one night and could and did leave the next day.

We recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at Carol's accommodation. Jan and his lovely wife made us feel welcome from the start. All the amenities were to our disposal and we had a lovely braai next to the pool in the evenings.
