Littered with comfy homes and apartments, Kenilworth is a starter residential area in Cape Town, which also comes with a good amount of shops and restaurants.

The peaceful , safe and leafy suburb of Kenilworth in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs – is situated close to Kirstenbosch Botanical gardens , Newlands Cricket and Rugby grounds, Cavendish Square shopping centre, fine restaurants and is within easy access of Cape Town, the Waterfront and False Bay and Atlantic seaboards. Kenilworth hosts the Kingsbury and Claremont Hospitals, the Cape Fertility Clinic , Eye Lazer Clinic plus many medical specialists. The Kenilworth Race Course is also a main attraction in the area. A number of fine Guest Houses are also situated in this popular area.
