Facilities

Ballots House Guest Lodge is a historical country house nestled in the heart of George, at the foot of the Outeniqua Mountains. The guest lodge is centrally located within walking distance of the CBD. Ballots House combines a warm, cosy intimate ambience with simple luxury.

Ballots House Guest Lodge is set in a large, tree-filled garden and offers accommodation in three en-suite bedrooms, each with their own private entrance. Each room contains Internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities, DStv and a bar fridge. The lodge features facilities such as a fireplace in the lounge, a swimming pool and a tennis court.

A scrumptious continental or English breakfast is served each morning. Guest vehicles will be kept safe in our secure on-site parking area.

The service we received from Romy and her team was just wonderful and its the small thing that make a difference - sherry in the room, a small fridge with refreshments, and a great breakfast Romy also booked place for at a wonderful restaurant, La Capannina, with some awesome food and wine I will definitely be staying at Ballots when I am in George again.
