Facilities

The Fort Coepieba Hotel is situated in the centre of Hoedspruit. It was built in 1955 and then completely rebuilt in 2007 to include a reception area, a lounge and a small restaurant with a private bar for our guests. Surrounded by game farms which boast the Big 5, we are ideally situated for the businessman as well as holidaymakers.

Each of the 20 rooms offer a bathroom with a shower, a bar fridge, satellite TV, air-conditioning and coffee facilities. Some of the rooms have balconies overlooking the Drankensberg Mountains. Breakfast is served daily and for dinner we offer an à la carte which includes items such as Springbok Potjie and Springbok Chops.

Friendly reception, but the room had a odd smell, very loud surroundings, no hot water for a early morning shower. Little things also bothering us, odd shapes glasses, very basic accommodation and plastic teaspoons. Would not recommend this establishment.

Nice clean place. It was quiet on the first night which was on a Thursday. On Friday night it was not that quiet. Some place outside the hotel was playing music and the sound could be heard from inside the room.
