Situated in the quiet seaside village of Lamberts Bay, you will find this modern, fully equipped, double-storey self-catering house and apartment. The two units are located on the same property, but are completely separate from each other.

The house is built on the rocks, with only a small gate separating the house from the sea. The house features two double en-suite rooms, both situated on the top floor, with full sea views through the large corner windows. Guests will find electric blankets on the beds and heaters in the bedrooms for added comfort. The large open-plan living area leads onto the kitchen that opens onto a large patio. The house is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and hairdryers in the bathrooms. The house also features an indoor barbecue area, as well as a double garage with remote control access and electric fence with an electric gate.

The apartment is ideal for people with disabilities or a small family. The cottage sleeps only two people and is very private. It is comfortably furnished and offers a small kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and an electric frying pan. The patio has a portable barbecue and parking is available behind the fenced area with remote controlled access. Both the house and apartment boast amazing see views and all bedding and towels are provided.
