The beautiful apartment consists of one bedroom, lounge, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, shower and WC. Is on the fifth floor of a 15-story building and has a partial sea-view. There is 24-hour security guard and the surrounding area is safe. The apartment can accommodate up to four persons only with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living area. Has a TV, ceiling fan, fridge-freezer, and built in kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, sandwich maker and hairdryer.
