1. Their administration is poor, we consistently had to be accused that we either owing or didnt pay. 2. The place you see on the website is not the place which we paid for, we were taken to another place which is used for students appararently, even the address is not the same. We got lost in finding the place as a result of that. 3. The place is filthy dirty and has an unpleasant smell from the linen, kitchen, sitting room and the sleeping rooms. 4. At some point we wanted to find another accomodation, but due to the unavailability we opted with shifting the kids and the grandmother to a cleaner place, you can imagine the inconvinience.

Although the owners and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodated us very well. It was not good value for money and the TV didn't work. In addition, you were made to feel like a bad teenage friend of the naughty child. The guest house has immense potential and would require the owners to change their due of owners to service providers and conduct a market analysis of what good quality for money is as most backpackers would be better value.

Hospitality is what makes your guests feel at home, and that is exactly how we felt. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely do it again next time.
