Set in secure surrounds, we offer well appointed and tastefully furnished two or three-bedroom apartments. All units are fully equipped and offer open-plan living areas and patios with braai facilities. The lounges have TVs, DVD players and DStv decoders. Please bring your own smart card.

Arrowood is furnished in a cheerful Mediterranean style, offering fabulous sea views. Watch the sun rise over the bay and the mountains beyond, watch the whales in winter or the moon setting over the sea at night. There is a swimming pool and laundry facilities on site. The properties are set on the main access road from the beach to the village. Arrowood sets you close to all that is happening in Plettenberg Bay.

Riverclub has three two-bedroomed apartments or a lovely family-size home, which is Pond House. All units are furnished in restful Cape Cod style and they offer pretty garden views. The Riverclub is an ideal family friendly location with safe, paved roads and spacious gardens. It is set just a short walk from the beach and down the hill from the village. Included in this fully secure complex is a large swimming pool, tennis courts and squash courts.

My family and I stayed at 8 Arrowood for two nights. The apartment had everything we needed and our stay was most comfortable, to say the least. What a great view from the lounge and main bedroom! My only gripe is that on the morning of the day we were leaving, the cleaning lady came to collect the bedding for laundry and left all the bedding scattered on the floor, as if telling us to hurry up and leave. We were still busy packing up and one of us was still asleep. We had been away from home for a while and I hadn't checked my email in a while - when I got home I saw that Paula had in fact mentioned that the check out time was 9 am, my mistake for not having seen it! However, a gentler reminder would have sufficed. Besides that, I certainly recommend the place to anyone who wants value for money!

Very nice, neat and tastefully decorated unit. The only draw back is that it is bordering the main road running to the famous Beacon Island Hotel at Plett. No privacy when sitting on the balcony braaing.
