Villa Afrique

We had such a great time at Villa Afrique - what an amazing place to stay. You can walk to the beach within five minutes, or have a swim in the pool where you have beautiful sea views of Hout Bay harbour. Inside is the most beautifully decorated bed and breakfast we have stayed in for a long time -elegant yet comfortable! Our hosts made us feel so at ease. We were very happy with the Egyptian cotton laden comfortable bed and ended up sleeping like a dream. Breakfast in the morning was really delicious and every little whim you may have is catered for. Thank you so much Villa Afrique!

We loved the house, the rooms, and the hospitality. The location was perfect and we felt very safe. The food was terrific, and the owners gave us great advice. We really felt at home, and look forward to staying there again.

Villa Afrique is a tranquil and sophisticated retreat for the discerning traveller. It is ideally located just twenty minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cape Town. All the major attractions are easily reached from Hout Bay. Alma and Dion are two wonderful hosts who take care of their guests as they would a member of their own family. We look forward to returning to Villa Afrique soon again.

Beautiful, luxurious, clean with everything you might need - from robes to heated towels. Enjoyed every minute! The host/ess are very friendly and hospitable. Worth every cent!
