We had such an amazing time at Kapama River Lodge. The staff are lovely, the rooms and lodge are beautiful and our sightings of all the Big 5 up close made it well worth the extra price of staying at a private game reserve! Our rangers, John and Stanley, showed us elephants, buffalo, rhino, lions and leopards, all super close to the game truck. We also saw zebra, impala, giraffe, warthog, nyala, waterbuck, kudu, wildebeest, monkeys and hippo. I would definitely recommend staying at the Kapama River Lodge!
Beautiful setting and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. Great to see the animals so close up.
