We stayed at Croc River Lodge 1 night before crossing the border.....What a beautiful places...a real gem for a family to stay over.......We loved the patio overlooking the river and the braai area...

We enjoyed our stay at Croc River Lodge, having our own apartment. This is not the same atmosphere as Kruger itself, but the place was neat and tidy.

A wonderful lodge with excellent facilities and views on Croc River! Breakfast on the patio was good and service very friendly. Highly recommended for an overnight stay before entering Kruger Park or longer if you want to discover the Komatipoort area.

After no accommodation availability in the Kruger I was very sceptical to stay outside the park, but Croc River Lodge self-catering unit 3 was very spacious and comfortable with a spectacular view into the Kruger. We saw buffalo, giraffe, impala, hippo, kudu and so many bird species from the patio! However, a 'fully equipped' kitchen was promised but certain basic items were missing like cutting... Read more

Beautifully situated lodge on theCrocodile river. Rooms in the lodge arevery neat.A stay overnight in the lodge is a must.Perfect stop before entering the KrugerNational Park.
