Ocean View Penthouse is situated right on the beachfront in Ballito. The penthouse consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom ,while the second bathroom is shared between the other two bedrooms.

The balcony is private and has a lovely view of the ocean, which is within walking distance from the apartment. The complex offers a swimming pool and secure parking and the apartment is close to all amenities which are only a short drive away. There is a walking path along the road by which one can access the swimming beaches and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the town.

Located in the heart of the Dolphin Coast, Ballito lies nestled between the fields of KwaZulu-Natal's famous Green Gold and is flanked to the east by golden beaches and the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. The waters off Ballito's beach are the playground of the bottlenose dolphins, which frolic in the waters close to shore and are visible all year round.

Thank you. Great holiday was had by all. Location great with little shopping centre within stone's throw with the best restaurant in Ballito. Access to the main beach a little slouch away. So close you start believing it is your private beach. And in December the air-conditioning is great. Well appointed throughout making for a very comfortable stay.
