The apartment is situated right opposite Fish Hoek Beach. With a short walk under the railway, you will find yourself on the sandy white beach and in one of the warmer waters in Cape Town.
The apartment has three bedrooms; the main bedroom has a king-size bed and opens onto a sunroom; the second bedroom has twin beds; and the third bedroom has a single bed. There is a full family bathroom with a shower over the bath, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a six-seater dining table. The lounge has a TV with DStv and there is a lovely sunroom with breathtaking views across the bay. The property offers a private parking bay behind lock-up automated gates within the complex.
This can only be described as the perfect holiday venue for beach lovers or for a family with kids. The beach is a stone’s throw away and is reputed to be one of the safest bathing beaches in the country. It is ideal for children as there are no dangerous currents, the water is warm and lifeguards are on duty during the holiday season. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance and the train station is a few minutes’ walk away.
