Great stay
Clean, tidy, spacious home with great views. Hot water supply not sufficient for 10 people. Oven not suitable for baking bread. House is tastefully decorated and well equipped. Pool is not child friendly, needs fencing. Our overall stay was very nice.

Description
Located 3km from Praia da Xai Xai adjacent to the popular Holiday club resort are the luxury villas of the Xai Xai Eco Estate. Perched upon the 1st dune with spectacular breaker views of the warm Indian ocean these fantastic 3 and 4 bedroom villas boast private swimming pools and air conditioning. The area is becoming increasingly popular due to its close proximity to Johannesburg and Durban, however still retains its Mozambican charm. Recently hi-lighted on the DSTV fishing program ESA saltwater it boasts some of the best sport fishing in the whole of southern Mozambique. Diving,fishing charters,quad tours and snorkeling are the prefered leisure activities.
