The 5 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms are all fitted with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Travertine bathrooms have under-floor heating and heated towel rails. A huge 150m2 top deck boasts a solar heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Take lunch under the gazebo at the 12 seater table or climb the ladder to the top view deck. The large living room has a plasma screen TV and state of the art entertainment centre . The open plan front kitchen leads onto the dining area where 10 can be seated . A games room with a large TV, arcade game and a championship pool table opens up onto another large deck. The home is serviced.
