Welcome to Warwick House, where we aim to provide you with a friendly stay in stylish surroundings in the centre of beautiful Hout Bay. Our guest house is situated in a safe residential area that is a short walk to the stunning Sandy Bay where many of Hout Bay’s shops and restaurants are also situated.

Warwick House is a contemporary newly furnished guest house offering four comfortable en-suite rooms with either a balcony or a terrace, separate bath, and walk-in shower.

A sumptuous breakfast is served in our sunny and picturesque courtyard which will set you up for the day. We are in an ideal location for exploring all the fantastic things to see and do in Cape Town and its surrounding areas, as well as providing a refreshing pool, garden, and tranquil courtyard so you can relax ‘at home’.

We are sure that our guest house will provide you with a welcoming and comfortable base for you to explore and enjoy all the wonderful sights and experiences that Cape Town has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at Warwick House. Our hosts, Lyndsey and Phil, were lovely and very friedly and more than helpful when we needed it. The B&B is very stylish and spacious, feels more like a mini boutique hotel. The rooms have plenty of space and are very well presented. Lyndsey has added little touches which were lovely. Towels for the pool are left out on the lounges, they chilled our wine and put it in a cooler for an evening trip and they booked resturants for us. The locati ... more

We arrived to a most warm and friendly welcome. We were shown around the stunning, immaculate guest house, then up to our beautiful room. We awoke to a marvelous fresh as could be, scrumptious breakfast and once again the ambiance and personality of the owners was most welcome. Almost felt like home away from home.
