Turning Tides is a Bed and Breakfast located on the exclusive Leisure Isle in the famous Knysna lagoon. Turning Tides offers warm hospitality, superb accommodation and self catering facilities. This is the ideal location to explore the Garden Route or relax by the lagoon. Spaceous rooms and sash windows create a bright, cheerful effect in the elegently furnished comfortable rooms. All suites have balconies and are en-suite, the breakfast room, a few comfortable chairs are between the bedrooms as well as the guests kitchenette which consists of a microwave and convention oven are available. The island is peaceful and secure with its own 24 hour security service.

A wonderful experience

Joan and Ian gave us one of the most wonderful holidays we have ever experienced. The breakfasts and the accommodation were out of this world. Whatever we wanted to do, walks, shopping places to eat out they had absolutely the best advice. We have been through Knysna often but now appreciate what a wonderful, beautiful area it is. Thank you both so much.

Best location and value-for-money family accommodation. We were welcomed to their beautiful home at very short notice. It was bright, light and had a comfortable bed with clean white linen. The bathroom was nice and big with a bath, shower and heated towel rails. There was an adjoining room for our son. Our five year old definitely enjoyed the toy cupboard! Thank you Ian and Joan, for being the perfect hosts. We hope to see you again soon.
