I stayed with my family at the Beach Hotel for 5 days it was a full filled holiday indeed, would definitely consider this establishment in future or even refer someone.

Definitly value for money during peak season out-stripping many hotels by far with their rates.
Aircondition needs to be upgraded.
Personal wall safe was not working causing a bit of a hassle in storing valuables.
Things like ice should be catered for on all floors.
NB : there was a refund due to me but I am still waiting for this to be settled which I did not experienced in hotels like the Holiday Inns.
All in all a good and relaxing hotel and improvements on the above will ... more

The receptionist didn't have the correct amount that I paid as a deposit on her system, she wanted to charge me more. Luckily I had my deposit slip with me. I rate it two star (okay) because it is in a dangerous area.
