We are just 8 Kms from the Kruger park and within easy distance for day trips to Mozambique and Swaziland in the quiet town of Komatipoort. We have no self catering facilities as we have a wonderful licensed bar and restaurant, We have rooms for 1 to 6 people, so great for singles, couples and families. A lovely guest lodge ( no self catering facilities available) just 8 Kms from the game abundant Crocodile Bridge Gate into the Kruger Park, 6 Km from the Mozambique border and 65 Kms from the Swaziland border. We have 8 en-suite rooms (for 1-6 people) set beneath cool thatch with air-con, mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. We have TVs in most rooms, but some are TV free for the many guests who prefer this. We also have a lovely communal lounge with a big TV for those special sporting moments, games and books in many languages too.  We have a small licensed bar and restaurant serving high quality fresh food, so there is no need to bring your own food or drink...you're on holiday!   Relax by the sparkling pool in our lush tropical gardens, play badminton on our own court or let us arrange your safari drives and bush walks with qualified rangers or elephant back safaris, micro light flights, day trips to Maputo city or local beach, fishing, golf etc (NB a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for guided tours). Alternatively, drive yourself to many of these locations and we can recommend routes and places of interest.  N.B. Blyde River Canyon is a 7 hour round trip! Stay a few days to explore the southern Kruger National Park or en-route to Mozambique and Swaziland.  Komatipoort is a small, quiet town without lots of bars and no discos or casinos. It is famously hot and humid here during the summer months(Nov-Feb) and we have a perfect winter climate!  As we're a very popular lodge normally for 2-4 night stays, we cannot accept 1 night bookings very close to key public holidays. but with all those activities in and around Komatipoort, who'd come here for just 1 night anyway?  Use our WiFi zone to stay in touch with friends, family and business. We also have secure car parking for "reasonably" sized cars, trailers and small boats.
