Description

The Waterfront Guesthouse is situated along the R27 West Coast Road, just over an hour's drive from Cape Town; you will find Port Owen Marina. A unique spot, where elegantly dream-houses in a tranquil setting face the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean, and the magnificent Berg River.

There are many places to visit, including the West Coast Fossil Park, the most prolific source of late tertiary vertebrate fossils in the world.
Saldanha Bay's ore harbour, where you'll find some of the world's largest ocean carriers with lengths of up to 330 meters. Velddrif's lively fishing harbour with traditional fisherman's cottages and its unmistakable bokkoms (dried fish), its picturesque river mouth and salt marshes inhabited by stunning flamingos, or take a drive to close by Paternoster with stunning beaches and a relaxed atmosphere of a typical rural West Coast fishing community.

We offer five-bedroom in the house; the main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi/spa-bath and private patio. Facilities include electronic safes, Hi-Fi, TV, DVD, VIDEO, DStv signal and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Towels and linen are also provided. For the fitness enthusiasts, there is also a gym. With ample parking, good security and exclusivity as the house will only be let to a single entity at a time. Catering and conference facilities are available. Children welcome and pets by arrangement.

We were 5 couples that spend 4 nights in a 5 Star luxury house with everything needed to have a great time. The house with the en-suite bathrooms makes it possible for friends with their families to stay together. Great view, facilities and a lot to do in the area. We will be back, next time at least for 7 Days.

We were 2 families who spent the weekend together - 4 adults, and 4 children between the ages of 5 & 9. The establishment truly catered for all our needs, and due to the size of the house, we never felt cramped. Every possible amenity that could enhance your stay was available - and working! We will definitely recommend it to our friends, and return for another fun-filled weekend.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay, with fantastic views, incredible luxuries and everything you could ever need in a self-catering venue - just add people. Luxurious enough to feel like you are on holiday, but comfortable enough to feel at home. The owner has really thought of everything!!!
