Good

It was a short stay, but we had all we needed and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.

Great stay

Theresa was a wonderful hostess and nothing was too much trouble for her. The room was a bit difficult to heat, but being mid-winter, the problem was understood. The breakfasts and dinners were great and, overall, this B&B met with our expectations.

Historical sites to visit: Martello tower, now a national monument, was established in 1837. On the platform is a mounted cannon which pivots through 360 degrees, thought to be one of the only two in the world. The other is in Canada.
