Description
The Glen is the near perfect solution for the traveller wishing to overnight between Gauteng/Natal and the Southern Cape. Longer stays to explore the area also welcomed. Styled a 'Karoo Farm Bed & Breakfast', The Glen is an oasis, with a refreshing pool. Log fires in winter.
The true soul of the Karoo can be experienced with exhilarating air, magical sunsets and starry night skies. Well situated on the N9, The Glen is 37km from historic Graaff-Reinet and 33km from Nieu Bethesda and the famous 'Owl House', immortalised in Athol Fugard's 'Road to Mecca'.
The National Mountain Zebra Park is only an hours drive away. Walks on the farm to view the abundant birdlife and game are encouraged.
