Description

That Place is a comfortable and friendly home where you can spend a good, relaxing holiday. The property offers forest and pastoral views which is rich in bird life. If you are lucky, you may see elephants wandering through their paddocks across the valley.

The house has two levels and there is one bedroom located downstairs and two bedrooms located upstairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and the second bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is well equipped and it has an open-plan design with the dining and lounge area. DStv is there for your use and there is a holiday bookcase.

Swim in the deep, clear swimming pool or have a hot sauna. On a balmy African evening, enjoy a traditional barbecue and feast at the great wooden table. Alternatively you may choose to spend lazy hours on the deck in total relaxation.

Location: Overlooking the Buffels River Gorge and the Elephant Sanctuary, the property is right next door to Bramon Wine Estate.

Family: There are toys, games, books, crayons, DStv, DVDs and music CDs. There is also an under cover braai area, a pool with a cocktail bar and a sauna.

Honeymoon Romance: The house is completely private and it has a swimming pool and sauna in an enclosed indigenous garden. It offers an ideal honeymoon getaway.

Pets Permitted: We have had many happy dogs staying in the relaxed comfort of our property.

Outstanding Views: It's quite a thing to see elephants wandering along in their sanctuary across the valley and the serenity of the Buffels River Gorge which is punctuated with the sounds from Monkeyland and Birds of Eden.

This was our honeymoon spot. It was just amazing, better than the pics, exactly what we needed, secluded, charming, cozy, comfortable, with amazing views of elephants and trees from the terrace, with great fire places and braai areas, with so much to do in the surroundings and with the beautiful nature's valley at our doorsteps. Do yourself a favor and stay at that place at least once, you wont regret any moment of it. And if it rains, you just light up a fire and enjoy the cosy house ... more

We loved it at That Place and only regret not booking a longer stay there. Very comfortable - fully equipped with everything we could ask for. There's sofas & dining area indoors, sofas and dining area outdoors by the barbecue area (this is a very sociable house!), a balcony with spectacular views, a pool, a sauna, and the master bedroom has two big windows and patio doors opening onto its own balcony which is just perfect first thing in a morning.
