Loved the location and the view and proximity to the beach. Unit was comfortable and low maintenance - a plus when holidaying with kids.

| Settler Sands consists of a number of 2 bedroom apartments with a bathroom plus seperate loo and basin downstairs.
There are a small number of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units also. From Jan 2008 we have one brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit in addition to these (Unit 82).
In the two bedroom units, the main room has a double bed, built in cupboards, balcony and sea views. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed/ or two single beds. The bedrooms are usually carpeted and the bathrooms tiled. Linen is provided. A neat kitchen,with dining and living areas downstairs and some units have enclosed courtyard with fresh water tank,an outside shower and wash-line. All units have a braai/barbecue. Note that we have a number of very new units which are of a better quality than certain of the older units.Generally the older units have the best views towards the sea though.Some units face the river, some face inwards, and some face the sea. |
