This 7 roomed guest lodge, situated in the tranquil village of Noordhoek, Cape Town is the epitome of good old-fashion hospitality. Owner managed, 3 star Sundollar Lodge is situated midway between Cape Town and Cape Point for easy access to white sandy beaches and all Cape Town’s attractions. The communal dining room and garden with sparkling swimming pool offer unspoilt views of the Noordhoek wetlands. The lodge is conveniently close to restaurants and shops so whether you crave a winter hide-away or a summer break, Sundollar Lodge offers a homely stay in your getaway destination. Accommodation: 5 cozy en-suite double rooms leading onto a central courtyard and 1 family room with queen size bed and bunk bed, also en suite. Each room has a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities; television; fans and heaters. All rooms open onto central flower filled courtyard. There is one self-catering cottage which accommodates up to 6 guests. (2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan kitchenette) Living Areas: Sundollar has a communal meeting and living area for guests, with open-plan lounge and dining room. The living zone and expansive pool deck overlook an acre of beautiful garden and a sparkling swimming pool. (12 x 4 metres, solar heated) A hearty breakfast is served in the dining room or courtyard and afternoon teas or dinners are served on request. Barbeque facilities available on request. Location: Sundollar Lodge in Noordhoek is just 45 minutes to Cape Town City Centre. Noordhoek, with its rural atmosphere and awesome sea and mountain views is situated at the foot of famous Chapman’s Peak Drive. The Noordhoek valley remains one of the Cape Town's treasured destinations with its delightful village atmosphere, its long expanse of white sandy beach and its vast wetlands. Things To Do: • Horse riding on the 8 km Noordhoek beach. • Shopping and eating at Longbeach Mall in Noordhoek – discover a world of shopping and entertainment, from fashion and food to movies. • Penguin watching at Boulders Beach in the historic Simonstown, home to a colony of African penguins.
