Situated at the foot of the infamous Table Mountain, on the fringe of Cape Town City and in the upmarket suburb of Gardens, there are very few better positioned hotels. Step out our front door and you will find yourself on vibrant Kloof Street with its numerous restaurants, from trendy Hudsons Burger Joint to the family fish franchise of Ocean Basket.

Turn right down Kloof Street and after a three minute walk, you will join Long Street, the hub of Cape Town nightlife and the main vein that traverses the city centre. We are within walking distance of many iconic Cape Town sites, including the Planetarium, The National Museum, National Library, The High Court, The Company Gardens, Green Market Square, Heritage Square, the Castle of Good Hope and many more. After a longer walk or a short taxi ride you could find yourself at the V & A Waterfront, which has over 400 retail outlets and restaurants, or you could be at the new state-of-the-art Cape Town Stadium.

You could also turn left when exiting Saasveld Lodge and you will arrive at Table Mountain National Park where the fit and adventurous could hike or climb. Just a little further and you will arrive at Camps Bay and Clifton, with beautiful white beaches and vibrant seaside restaurants and bars.
