Rutland House was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Delia Ferguson and her staff welcomed us and cared for us beautifully. Our room was spacious and private.

Delia Ferguson has been extending a warm welcome to her guests since 1995.
Centrally situated between Rosebank, Hyde Park and Santon, there are 3 en-suite guest bedrooms, a family suite and a 2 bedroom cottage. Each has its own entrance through a private garden or courtyard. Described as 'An island of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the city'. Rutland House is set in a beautiful half acre garden with a sparkling swimming pool. All the units have TV, radio, fridge, kettle and complimentrary sweets, fresh fruit and biscuits.
