We always try and stay in the Lavender Cottage; it is a delight. As I have stated before, the hosts Ewald and Shirley are terrific and great conversations happen over breakfast!

Rosewood is ideally situated, within walking distance to everything. The rooms and facilities are lovely, as is the garden and view. Altogether, a wonderful place for a peaceful stay.

These are comfortable rooms with character, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The owners were pleasant. The location was perfectly situated in the square so you can walk to everything. I would recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

We had a wonderful time. Breakfast was tremendous. Warm, friendly environment. Loved the garden setting and cute chickens.

What an awesome stay we enjoyed at Rosewood! Rooms are fully rigged with cosy blankets, kettles, coffee, tea and sugar, heaters etc. Breakfast was very nice every morning and your staff are also very friendly. We won't think twice to know where to stay next time we visit Clarens!
