Description

Rosenvilla Guest House is situated in Rosendal which is on the border of Durbanville and Bellville providing central positioning and easy access to main traffic routes and northern CBD’s. This almost enclosed and safe neighbourhood, with its ample green areas and tranquil atmosphere, has a rich bird life with Egyptian geese and guinea fowls and other birds visiting our premises daily.

Durbanville is renowned for its award winning wine farms, with the well-known Stellenbosch wine route a 30 minute drive away. A 5 minute stroll will take you to the best shopping malls such as Tyger Valley, Willow Bridge Centre and High Street as well as many specialty restaurants and interesting venues.

All our suites are self-catering with private entrances. Every suite consists of a private Lounge, Kitchenette and Bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. Each suite has a colour TV and the kitchenettes are fully equipped for light meals. Long stays Only: Rates from R180 per person maximum two persons per unit, minimum stay 30 days.
