Description

We offer a fresh, young atmosphere and a friendly welcome into our home. Our facilities include nine rooms, each with twin beds. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms colour TVs with DStv, M-Net, SABC and DVD channels, ceiling fans, extra blankets, heaters and hot water bottles, complimentary coffee and tea making facilities and secure off street parking. We also speak German (Wir sprechen auch deutsch).

Pilots now come here to try better their own flying records or attempt set new world records, they also come to enjoy the vast open space and breath-taking scenery that is unique to the karoo. For those who cannot fly, do not despair, we also run a para-gliding school to teach you. We offer full license or introductory courses. We also offer tandem flights, where you fly together with a qualified pilot. This way even our non-pilot guests can get to enjoy the unique view of the Karoo. For those who would prefer to keep their feet on the ground, we also offer accommodation that is clean, comfortable & affordable. We offer a fresh, young atmosphere and a friendly welcome into our home. Dinner available on request.

The bed and breakfast has been nicely kept and is clean on the inside. I'm not a fan of the way smoke drifts in from other people smoking in the vicinity. It is also a little funny how there was complimentary bubble bath, but our unit had no bath! Overall the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, with a well done breakfast in the morning.

A most helpful, informative and pleasant stay. The breakfast was great and the room was just fine - nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Potties B&B without hesitation.
