VIVA MAMOLI!
In general good value for money at our prices. Excellent cuisine. We are worried about nearby future developments and the effect on the environment. No vagrants or sellers on the each and nearby a huge plus. We felt secure at all times.

We had an awesome stay!!
Wow we were amazed at the professional service, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of staff (especially Lawrence) and the quality of the food and accommodation. We had a great great time. Thank you so much to resort management and staff for great service. The resort is beautiful, the cabins amazingly cozy and very well looked after. It is evident that the staff take pride in their work.

Description
Ponta Mamoli would like to invite guests to “escape, explore and experience” the magic of Mamoli first hand. Featured in Getaway Magazine and described as “The Mermaids Beach” in their article of December 2003, naming us one of the “20 Best Beaches in Southern Africa”. For the fishing enthusiasts, The Complete Fly Fisherman had a very informative article on deep sea fishing, salt water fly fishing and lake fishing at Ponta Mamoli. Their February 2005 article 'Mozambique on a fly rod' answers any questions a fisherman might have. Ponta Mamoli is located in a serene, spectacular bay, with kilometres of pristine untouched coastline with some of the world’s finest dive and fishing sites. The resort merges grand 30 year old refurbished Portuguese buildings and architecture with modern timber structures all linked by a myriad of walkways. The chalets are sheltered and secluded, each with a private sea facing veranda. Relax in the lounge, restaurant, bar or pool deck while you overlook the breathtaking views of the bay and nearby lake Ponta Mamoli. The ecology of the surrounding land is awe inspiring and ranges from huge primary dunes, open grass planes, massive inland freshwater lakes to densely overgrown riverine forests, all to be explored on horseback. The sensitive dune vegetation has been preserved and improved upon with the building of the resort. The sea is deep blue, crystal clear and rich in game and reef fish living in endless unspoilt coral gardens. Our large number of repeat clients will bear testament to the ambiance, service levels and tranquillity of Ponta Mamoli Resort. Ponta Mamoli caters for any function (up to 40 pax) and have hosted many special occasions (weddings, 21st birthdays, engagements, etc). We are a favourite destination for honeymooners and was featured in the Citizen newspaper as a honeymoon destination. The resort runs on 220 Volt generator power as there is no electricity at this stage.
